Orders and activation
Provide accurate customer, plan, application, and device details. Activation begins only after the order, payment, and required setup information are confirmed. WhatsApp orders are sent only when you review the message and tap Send.
Your subscription
Use the subscription within the connection limit stated for your plan. Keep playlist links, usernames, passwords, and activation details private. You are responsible for devices and activity using your credentials.
Acceptable use
Do not share access without authorization, resell or restream the service, bypass security, attack servers, or use it unlawfully. You must provide a compatible device, a suitable application, and a stable internet connection.
Streaming availability
Channels, quality, and performance can vary because of sources, maintenance, routing, internet service, devices, or applications. Continuous uptime and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed. Contact support when problems occur.
Payments and refunds
Confirm the plan and price before paying. Renewals require a new request unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed. Refund requests are reviewed individually; submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Changes and responsibility
Access may be restricted for nonpayment, misuse, or security risks. These terms may be updated with a new effective date. Nothing here removes consumer rights or liability protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
